It’s been brought to my attention that some of you who have signed up to the event haven’t been receiving my emails. Yesterday was sharing the love for my job.

But you know, I like to keep it real.

Today I’m sharing the challenges I’m currently facing when running my own business.

I feel very fortunate to have so many friends who are also mums, running their own business too. Having the support of people who just get it is amazing.

I’m also very grateful to my friends and family who sit, listen and give me advice when I start to wobble.

One thing I’ve wanted to clarify for a while...

The Thriving Mum Hub is not a personalised gym programme.

And that’s intentional ❤️

If you’re looking for a training plan built specifically around your goals, lifestyle and needs, then working with a personal trainer and following a personalised programme is absolutely the best option.

I have tagged some personal trainers 👇 that I know personally or some of the mums in the membership use themselves. They say that the two options complement each other really well.

Hi, I’m Jess, and I can’t do it all 😊

Spend the day with me, as a mum of 3, and a small business owner.

Contrary to what social media might make you believe, we do not all have the same 24 hours.

Some people reading this might think how do you fit it all in. Others reading this, might think, is that it?

This is a snapshot of my day. A working day. A day where my priorities will look different to the days where I don’t have any face to face commitments.

I am okay with the fact I can’t do it all. We shouldn’t expect ourselves to be able to do it all.

My plan 99% of the time? Prioritise the non negotiables , what’s important to me, and the things that are going to benefit my wellbeing the most. This changes on a daily basis.

The other things can wait.

Last night I could have worked when I got back from the walk, instead I chose to sit with a cuppa, watch travel videos, because that is something that helps me to switch off from the to do list and get an earlyish night.

We can’t pour from an empty cup, so check in daily with your wellbeing and see what’s urgent, what can wait, or what can be skipped entirely.

Because social media can make you think we have to do it all, but we don’t.

Solstice Pilates 🧘‍♀️

Sunday 14th June
7:30pm - 9.00pm

Join us for an evening of Pilates and refreshments in the beautiful grounds of Monymusk House.

The Pilates session will be led by Fiona Morris from The Physio and Pilates Company and some yummy home bakes will be supplied by Alice, From Bakery Lane, for us to enjoy post Pilates.

Meeting at the village hall, we will begin our evening by walking down the drive to the House.

The session is open to all fitness levels and no prior experience is required.

You do not need to attend any other offerings from The Thriving Mum Hub to come along 😊

In the event of bad weather, the event will be held at Monymusk Village Hall.
