Because Move for Mollie is for the whole family.

🪩 KIDS BOOGIE BOUNCE 12:30PM
20 minutes of bouncing, music and FUN on our mini trampolines!

There’ll be a routine involved… so ages 5+ is ideal but we all know sometimes you just want to jump around on a trampoline and have a great time, and that’s absolutely fine too 😂

PLUS… we’re giving the kids a whole room of their own to get involved in raising money for Mollie!

Gave the new treadmill a proper test this weekend with 33km of running:
🏃‍♀️ 25km rolling hills
🏃‍♀️ 8km gradual incline hills
🚶‍♀️ + 2km steep incline walk

This is such a game changer, especially for our runners.

Speed, incline AND decline automatically adjust throughout your workout AND it has built-in suspension 🙌 No pressing buttons or remembering what interval comes next. Just press start, run… and watch Netflix 🤣

Long runs, hill sessions, incline walks, race training, downhill practice - whatever the weather, daylight or how far you can realistically get away from home.

Plus a level 45 incline, so Stairmaster/incline-walk girlies… I fear you’re going to love her too 😈
