Meet the Parker Family

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Parkers since I first started as a personal trainer.

We originally met through my additional support needs coaching multi-sports classes. When they found out I was offering personal training, they decided to give it a go — and they’ve been smashing it ever since! 💪

Can you still reach your fitness goals while eating out? 100% YES 🙌

I eat out occasionally and I dont over think it

To progress, everything doesnt have to be perfect

Things you can do when eating out 🍴

✅️ check the menu before hand
✅️ look for protein rich meals
✅️ look at portion sizes
✅️ and of course.....enjoy it

However, you dont need to work them off, you dont need to restrict your meals the next day and you dont need to earn these meals.

Next day just get back into your normal routine

You can always balance rather than doing the all or nothing approach however it depends on what you want

Myself I like to balance everything

RGU Freshers Fayre 2025

During the Freshers Fayre we were explaining to people what our club was and what we did for training

We set up a demonstration exercise where participants used a x shot gun to hit the targets

This was to have a bit of fun and have a comparison of what we did

We gave away sweets to those who took part

Trip down to England for a catch up and for training

Went down to England in January to meet a long time friend of mine

I got to try out the gym he used at the time

Of course we had products on hand

Stephen is a follow personal trainer like myself but he is also sponsored by and like myself
