👏🏻 A BIG THANK YOU 👏🏻
Montrose Youth Football Club would like to thank Murray’s Exterior Cleaning for the recent job they did free of charge for us.

We needed to remove some flaky paint from one of our storage containers prior to having some artwork done on it.

Murray’s exterior cleaning stepped in and took care of it as part of their community projects.

If you need any kind of exterior cleaning work done, be sure to give them a shout.

A massive congratulations to our Montrose Youth 2013 team and coaches who have done it yet again 👏🏻.

The team were in action against Pitreavie United 2013s at St Andrews University this evening in the East Region cup final.

We head into our final game of the season and the East Regional Cup Final as we take on a very strong Pitreavie United side, who currently sit joint top of the Fife Division 1 league. The boys know they'll need to be at their very best, but these are the occasions they've worked hard for throughout the season.

After a fantastic campaign that has already seen the team lift the league title and one cup trophy, they now have the opportunity to finish the season on a real high. With two strong sides competing for silverware, we are expecting a competitive and entertaining final.

Although it's a midweek fixture and a bit of a journey, we would love to see as many supporters as possible make the trip to St Andrews and get behind the boys one last time this season. The support they've received throughout the year has been brilliant and has played a huge part in their success 🔵⚪️

🌟 A fond farewell to our Montrose Youth 2009s 🌟

Montrose Youth 2009s began their footballing journey in August 2017, and over the years the team created a wealth of special memories, experiences and achievements that the team will always look back on with pride.

From the very beginning, the boys grew together not only as footballers, but also as young people, forming strong friendships, showing great character and enjoying every step of their journey in the game.

There have been some fantastic highlights along the way, including the wonderful achievement of winning the Blackpool Cup at Easter 2025 and, more recently, lifting the Marshall Cup in May 2026.
These successes are a fitting reward for the hard work, commitment, determination and team spirit the players showed throughout their time together at Montrose Youth.

Recently in June 2026 their final game together came around, bringing to a close a truly special chapter in the story of Montrose Youth 2009s.

Whilst this marks the end of their time together as a team, it also celebrates everything they have shared and achieved along the way.
As the players move on to new opportunities, everyone at the club sends every one of them its warmest wishes for success and happiness in the years ahead, and hopes that many of them continue to enjoy football for many years to come.

The club would also like to warmly recognise all of the coaches involved over the years with the team, and thank every one of them for the time, energy, encouragement and dedication they gave to the team.
A sincere and heartfelt thank you also goes to all our parents/carers for their tremendous support and contribution over the years, whether through fundraising, helping with the tea stall, travelling to matches, or simply being there every step of the way.
