With Claire away on a well deserved holiday for 2 weeks โ๏ธ๐นwe are going to change the timetable up a bit.
๐พ๐๐๐พ๐๐๐๐ with ๐พ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐! Caitlin will be taking a circuits class Monday & Friday at 9:30am! Her first classes here at Impact so come along & try it out!
๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐พ๐ ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ with Tony.
Monday 6pm: Similar format as Saturday class, 45 min on clock, solo or doubles but instead of full reps & distances itโs 50%. If working solo you complete full amount on your own or if doubles you share the load!
Wednesday 6pm: Same format as the Saturday class, 45 min on clock, solo or doubles, full reps & distances. If doing solo you do full amount on your own or if doubles doing 50% each!
