Sportack was established by Doreen Govan in 1977 from a portacabin adjacent to the Veterinary surgery at East Links, Montrose. The business doubled in size, and subsequently moved to its new premises in 2000 to accommodate its ever growing range of products. The business is now situated in a country cottage centrally located within Angus and within easy reach from Aberdeen and Dundee.
