I stay the same weight/ size all year round

I train all year round I eat the same things all year round

I donโ€™t tend to drink much alcohol but I do enjoy a spicy margarita now and again

I train when on holiday - because I train all year round

The thing is I donโ€™t chase a specific size or weight. My intentions now are to be healthy / happy and enjoy life

I see training and eating a healthy balanced diet as normal and an investment in my health for the future

I set the bar so my child learns that being healthy is not restricting yourself or punishing yourself with exercise itโ€™s about appreciating what your body can do and getting a buzz from the happy hormones

When you take away the restriction and demonising of certain foods you take away the control. When you realise eating well, exercise, choosing to be more active and reducing alcohol makes your life 100% better it doesnโ€™t become a diet anymore it becomes normal

The thing I love most about my job is seeing clients first hand making the change and feeling the positives. Clients that would never dream of stepping foot in a gym that now miss it when they canโ€™t get in. Start choosing whatโ€™s right for you ๐Ÿค

โ€ข Keep it simple
โ€ข Choose foods you actually enjoy
โ€ข Go for high volume (fuller longer and you actually feel full)
โ€ข Aim for 30G of protein per meal (minimum) especially for breakfast
โ€ข Make sure you allow for hidden calories (oils/ sauces/ liquid calories)
โ€ข If you crave sweet / salty snacks allow for healthier options (donโ€™t restrict completely)

2 things you need to see results.
Routine will be there when motivation may not be, consistency helps set the routine in place. Little things like setting out your gym clothes the night before so when you wake up youโ€™re ready to go or prepping your breakfast and lunch so thereโ€™s no temptation to pop into the bakers on the way to work.
A training plan will make the routine fall into place and put your goals onto paper.
Progress takes time but getting started and following the same simple steps will get you there.

Suitable for beginners & experienced lifters that want a refresh on form & technique.

We use a range of free weights & machines & I send a list of exercises ahead of the class so you know what to expect!

Our club also has a WhatsApp group which has proven a really positive aspect in helping with adherence and getting into the gym.

Iโ€™m so proud of my client completing her 5k in Edinburgh at the weekend. Not only had she never run at an event before but sheโ€™s also been out the game for a few weeks leading up to it.

Your positivity and enthusiasm never fails to amaze me girly. I know you have what it takes to build on this to a 10k or a half in future! ๐Ÿ‘€

Everyoneโ€™s goals are different but what I love finding in clients is the drive and motivation to be a better version of yourself. I love the positive
group of ladies Iโ€™m coaching at the moment, makes me very grateful.
