Not a bikini body
I stay the same weight/ size all year round
I train all year round I eat the same things all year round
I donโt tend to drink much alcohol but I do enjoy a spicy margarita now and again
I train when on holiday - because I train all year round
The thing is I donโt chase a specific size or weight. My intentions now are to be healthy / happy and enjoy life
I see training and eating a healthy balanced diet as normal and an investment in my health for the future
I set the bar so my child learns that being healthy is not restricting yourself or punishing yourself with exercise itโs about appreciating what your body can do and getting a buzz from the happy hormones
When you take away the restriction and demonising of certain foods you take away the control. When you realise eating well, exercise, choosing to be more active and reducing alcohol makes your life 100% better it doesnโt become a diet anymore it becomes normal
The thing I love most about my job is seeing clients first hand making the change and feeling the positives. Clients that would never dream of stepping foot in a gym that now miss it when they canโt get in. Start choosing whatโs right for you ๐ค
