โœจ Strong & Steady is returning soon โœจ

My current groups are well underway, and in just a couple of weeks I'll be opening up spaces for the next Strong & Steady 12-week programme ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค

Designed for women who want to:

โœ” Build strengthโœ” Improve confidenceโœ” Feel fitter and more energisedโœ” Create healthy habits that fit around real life

No extremes. No fad diets. No spending hours in the gym.

Just a simple, supportive programme designed to help you get stronger and feel good about yourself ๐Ÿ‘

If you'd like to hear more when spaces open, send me a message and I'll add you to my interest list ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค

Today's 10k wasn't quite what I had hoped for.
The last few weeks haven't been the easiest. I've been dealing with health issues, low energy and just not feeling quite like myself.

A few months ago I might have been frustrated by that.
But one thing running has taught me is that sometimes life throws things at us that are completely out of our control.

All we can do is keep showing up, do the best we can on the day and keep moving forward.
Not every race will be a personal best. Not every week will go to plan.

But there's still something to be proud of in getting to the start line and giving it your best.
And despite not feeling my strongest, I was fortunate enough to come away with the win today ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ˜Š

A reminder that progress isn't always about feeling perfect. Sometimes it's about trusting yourself, showing up anyway and seeing what you're capable of ๐Ÿค

A little sneak peek at what I've been working on behind the scenes ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค

Strong & Steady will, of course, be returning for another intake in a month or so ๐Ÿ‘

But I'm also busy creating something new...
Strong & Steady Progress ๐Ÿ’ช

Designed as the next step for women who have built confidence and consistency and are ready to continue building strength.

It's still very much a work in progress, so I'm not quite ready to share all the details yet, but I'm really excited about it ๐Ÿ˜Š

I've spent a lot of time thinking about what women actually need when it comes to fitness.
Not another extreme plan. Not another quick fix.
Just a clear, structured way to build strength, confidence and consistency.
I've been quietly working away behind the scenes and I'm nearly ready to share it.
Stay close ๐Ÿค

When I created Strong & Steady, my goal was simple...
To help women build strength in a way that felt realistic, manageable and sustainable around real life ๐Ÿค
Seeing women feel stronger, more confident and more energised over the last few months has honestly been one of the most rewarding things I've done ๐Ÿ˜Š
I'm already busy working away behind the scenes on the next Strong & Steady intake, and also creating the next step for those who are ready to build on the progress they've made ๐Ÿ‘
It's still early days, but I'm really excited about what's to come ๐Ÿค

One of my favourite things hearing from the women doing Strong & Steady just now is how much BETTER theyโ€™re feeling in themselves already ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค
Not just physically stronger, but more energy, more motivation and a bit more oomf back in themselves again.
And the biggest thing is theyโ€™re enjoying it and finding it manageable to fit around real life, which was always so important to me when creating the programme ๐Ÿ‘
No extremes.
No pressure to be perfect.
Just building strength steadily in a way that actually feels realistic long term ๐Ÿค

A little reminder that looking after yourself doesnโ€™t always have to be all or nothing ๐Ÿค
Some weeks youโ€™ll feel motivated and organised.
Other weeks life will feel busy, stressful and messy.
But even then, small things still matter.
A walk.
A workout.
Getting outside.
Taking a bit of time for yourself again.
It all adds up more than you think over time ๐Ÿ˜Š

I honestly think so many women are tired of quick fixes and extreme approaches to fitness ๐Ÿค

The older I get, the more I believe that feeling strong, healthy and confident comes from doing simple things consistently over time โ€” not constantly starting over.

Strength training.๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Moving your body.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ

Looking after yourself properly.
Building habits that fit around real life.
It might not be the flashiest approach, but itโ€™s the one that actually lasts ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think a lot of women lose confidence in themselves a little as they get older.

Not just physically โ€” but confidence in their body, their strength, their ability to start something again.

One of the biggest things Iโ€™ve seen strength training give women isnโ€™t just stronger legs or armsโ€ฆ itโ€™s confidence.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ
Confidence to go for that run ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Confidence to walk into a gym.๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Confidence to carry themselves differently.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿผ

Confidence to trust their body again.

And it doesnโ€™t have to start with extreme workouts or trying to change everything overnight.

Small consistent steps really do add up ๐Ÿค
