It’s Thai Boxing Tuesday! There will be NO sparring tonight and the class will finish at 8:15 as it is Coach Jack’s last night and we are going out to have a goodbye drink!

Please can you park in the main carpark at the front of the building and walk round.

All timings, etc remain the same:
* Kids (6- 13): 6-6:45pm
* Adults (14+): 7-8:15pm
* Optional Sparring: 8:15-8:45pm
