A fantastic, strong 4 hilly miles this morning in Kielder Forest. So quiet and peaceful, with nothing but the crunch of my feet on the trail and the sounds of nature all around me.
Runs like this are good for the body, but even better for the mind. Grateful for the opportunity to explore such a beautiful place while keeping the training ticking over. Every mile, every hill, and every early start is another step towards my ultra marathon goal. 💪🏃♂️🌲
The strength and resilience I'm building on these runs wouldn't be possible without the work I'm putting in at Ludus Gym. The guidance, support and training they provide are making a huge difference, helping me tackle the hills stronger than ever.
