🏉 Huge congratulations to one of our former Monmouth Young Rugby players Teddy Smith-Milne who has signed a 3 year contract with the Senior Academy at Gloucester Rugby.

🏉 Last weekend he was presented his shirt at Kingsholm Stadium.

One of our very own Monmouth Young Rugby coaches, Tyron Thomas is currently hiking in the Brecon Beacons.

Raising money in memory of his father-in-law, DJ Williams, who sadly passed away earlier this year.

DJ was a well respected and liked man within our community, always a friendly face and welcome from him at Monmouth MOT Centre Ltd.

Please support Tyron and the team who are raising money for Cancer Research UK, by taking part in the Big Hike in memory of DJ. Any donation and messages of support would certainly keep them motivated 🙌🏻 🥾.

💙Monmouth RFC Annual Awards Evening💛

Saturday 23rd May, saw a good turn out of players, coaches and supporters. This year the awards evening took place at the impressive Haberdashers' Monmouth School Pavilion.

A great evening of celebrations coupled with live music by Retro Dogs.

Club Captain Logan Woskett received The Chairman’s Award followed by Claire Evans as Club Person of the Year.

Most improved Player of the Year was awarded to Liam Churches.

The commemorative Jacob Picken Shield for commitment ‘above and beyond’ to the Druids XV was awarded to prop James Pardoe.

Zak Alexander received the Falklands Shield as the best Young Player.

The Players’ Player of the Year was won by popular 2nd Row Connor Cadle

The highlight of the evening was the recognition of Harry Whelan as The Outstanding Player of the Year.

Huge thank you to Rockfield Distillery for supporting the event.
