It’s Thai Boxing Tuesday! It may be the school holidays but classes are tuning as normal!

For those of you that know it, the new venue is left round the building - in the main building opposite Shampooch.

Please can you park in the main carpark at the front of the building and walk round.

All timings, etc remain the same:
* Kids (6- 13): 6-6:45pm
* Adults (14+): 7-8:15pm
* Optional Sparring: 8:15-8:45pm

Any questions, please let me know. I look forward to seeing you all there!

All classes are held upstairs in the gym and no shoes are to be worn upstairs. Please take your shoes off before coming up and either leave them under the stairs or carry them up.

Kids - £5 (2nd sibling half price)
