A bfa and Ukfl accredited flyball team we welcome the experienced handler and those new to the sport. Whether you fancy flyball for fun and fitness or to compete at national level there is a place for you in our small, friendly team.

It is with great sadness that we must announce the closure of the club. We will not be taking any future inquiries or running any more sessions. Unfortunately, real life has taken over for us, and with the retirement of one of the committee members and having nobody else to help with running the team, we have made the extremely difficult decision to close the club. Whitley has been running as a club for 12 years with many different sets of members taking the reins and running the club between themselves. The most recent committee have had a blast running the club for the last couple of years and have made many happy memories together with our dogs and with all of our flyball friends. Best of luck to everyone in the lanes and in your flyball future.

Yesterday saw the division team get a new pb of 21.61 . The starter dogs were brilliant Wren and Claire got a 0.00 start . Mason got the opportunity to run Sockz . It was a lovely day out for everyone. Sadly it was Sophie's last race as she is now retired from racing . Sophie and I have enjoyed the last seven years of our flyball adventure and met so many lovely people who have helped us along the way. It would have been lovely to finish with a 0.00 start but it wasn't to be, we did get a -0.00👎.

Great racing at the Champs this year from all dogs and handlers. Some very tight racing😬 and fantastic crosses. We made the other teams work hard😁. We came 5th after seeding 6th for speed trials and gained a personal best of 22.01 seconds👏.

We want to massively thank Tyler and Nicole from Shawcross Flyball Team and Louise from Bristol Ball-istics Flyball Team for all your help at very short notice whilst we were racing. We couldn't of done it with out your help 🙏🫂

Whitley Flyball spent Saturday helping raise funds for the Benton Cat and Dog Shelter.
The fastest dog to have a go was beautiful Flynn who managed to run over 4 jumps collect a ball and run back over 4 jumps in an impressive time of 5.12 seconds. Closely followed by Ash and Jess. Well done everyone else.

3rd place today at drax for Focus Flyball Team Public competition. The sun was shining all day so we got through the days racing super fast. All the dogs raced so well the team today was Sophie sockz Bailey and the newest addition to the division team Maggie. Maggie did brilliant for her first comp and didn't step a paw out of line we were all so proud of her. Sockz achieved a new personal best time too with a cracking 4.35 seconds knocking over a tenth of a second off his previous best well done to all the team
