Monifieth Athletic FC are progressing proposals for a major improvement to our community facilities at Riverview, Monifieth.

This exciting project proposes the development of a new 11-a-side 3G artificial football pitch, creating a high-quality all-weather facility capable of supporting football and community activity throughout the year.

We are engaging in public consultation and will be holding a session providing an opportunity for local residents, community groups, facility users and other interested parties to learn more about the proposed development, view the plans and speak with the project team:

The solar eclipse might have stopped the sun shining tonight, but there was plenty of skill and effort shining through during our 2019s friendly fun fours with Carnoustie down at Riverview. 🌔

⚽ Support Monifieth Athletic FC 2019s at the Kiltwalk! 👣

On Sunday 16th August, some of our amazing Monifieth Athletic FC 2019s team will be taking on the Kiltwalk Wee Wander, walking 4 miles from Castle Green, Broughty Ferry to Slessor Gardens, Dundee.

The players are stepping up off the pitch to help raise money for their team and we'd love your support!

Every penny raised will go towards new kit and essential equipment, helping our young players continue to develop their skills, build friendships and enjoy being part of a fantastic team.

Last night, Monifieth Athletic 2019s were delighted to host Broughty United Youth Football Club 2019s for a series of friendly 5-a-side matches!

The weather couldn't quite make up its mind, treating us to a mix of rain and sunshine, but that didn't stop the players from giving 100% effort from start to finish.

There was plenty of energy, great football and most importantly, lots of smiles and enjoyment all round.

A big thank you to Broughty United 2019s for coming along and making it a fantastic evening of football.

We look forward to seeing you again soon! 👏⚽
