CLASS OFF 6th MAY

Unfortunately there will be no class on Wednesday the 6th of May due to the MAC being used for the polling station on the 7th and they have advised me they need to set up the evening before so sadly we can’t use it as normal! I will be sad to miss you all this week but look forward to seeing you all back as normal on the 13th ☺️

Spring has officially arrived and the lighter nights are here 🤩 looking forward to seeing you all throughout the month for the new playlist 💃🏼

Class will be off on the 15th of April but otherwise will run as normal! 7-8pm every Wednesday at the MAC!

Hello lovely lot. Jungle Body will be taking a little break this month as I have had a little blip just as I was hoping to be back tomorrow! I am all good but just still needing to avoid strenuous activity now for longer than expected! I’m so sorry to be missing you all but we will be back in March hopefully raring to go again

Class off for 2 weeks ❤️‍🩹

Just a little post to let you all know class will be off this week and next week! Class will resume as normal on the 11th of February 7-8pm

So sorry to have to pause class after us just getting back after Christmas! I had a small unplanned procedure yesterday that I have been advised to rest from strenuous activity for 2 weeks to let things heal, and we all know Jungle Body is the best strenuous activity that I can’t help myself once I start so I am doing as I’m told this time🤣

Looking forward to seeing you all on the 11th for the February playlist ❤️

CHANGE OF START DATE❗️

Hello lovely lot! I hope everyone had a very restful Christmas and a happy start to 2026! Looking forward to seeing you all back at class for some January fun!

Classes will now start back on Wednesday the 14th of January instead of this Wednesday the 7th! The festive lurgy finally caught up with me and my voice has taken a vacation 😷

Looking forward to getting back to it next week 7-8pm! Start the year as you mean to go on, fitter, stronger, healthier and happy ✨

Last Class of 2025🎅🏼❤️

I can’t believe it’s that time already! The last Christmas Special of the year from 7-8pm tonight! Let me know if you are coming along🎄

I just want to take this moment to thank all the faces old and new who waited for me to come back after having my little boy, I couldn’t do this without your support each week and with a new location and taking time off it felt like I was starting from the start again with my little venture! So truly thank you to every single person who has walked through the door on a Wednesday night, I can’t wait to see you all in the New Year and welcome lots of new faces in 2026
