🎣 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE FOR ALL ANGLERS 🎣
To make sure every angler gets a fair shot at a peg during our peak times, we are making a small change to how we take weekend and bank holiday bookings.
Weekends and bank holidays are our absolute busiest times, and we regularly have to turn away anglers because we are fully booked. Sadly, this weekend alone we had 6 no-shows. For a small business like ours, that is a massive blow.
When we get a bit of notice, we can usually refill the pegs, but empty pegs left with zero warning mean both the business and fellow anglers miss out.
Going forward, our updated policy is as follows:
👉 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Required to secure all Friday and Saturday overnights, as well as Bank Holiday Sundays.
👉 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If less than 24 hours' notice is given to cancel your slot, the full booking amount will be due.
We completely understand that plans can change! We just kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to someone on our waiting list.
