This one’s for my Early Birds 😍 Not one but TWO new classes starting on Tuesday the 29th of October at ! 06:15 and 07:10am🌀

This all levels Vinyasa class is designed to build strength and flexibility as well as regulating the nervous system, setting you up for your day in the best way possible 🤸🏼‍♀️

Everybody welcome, including yoga newbies 🧡 but a base level of fitness is recommended to get the most out of the class 🙏🏼

THE BENEFITS OF GOING UPSIDE DOWN ꩜

When we invert, in standing forward fold, headstand or even downward facing dog, allll of our awareness is drawn inwards as we focus our attention entirely on stabilising in the pose. In turn, this helps to quiet the mind and allows us to land fully in the present and focussed on the NOW.

🧘🏼‍♀️ REDUCES STRESS AND ANXIETY
Asanas like Plough pose and Shoulder stand can help to stimulate the Vagus nerve, down regulating our nervous system and reducing the cortisol levels that can cause stress and anxiety

💚 BOOSTS IMMUNE SYSTEM
Going upside down stimulates the Lymphatic system, releasing more Lymph and white blood cells, responsible for carrying nutrients to cells and tissue and fighting viruses, bacteria and cancerous cells 💪🏼
