🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE - GYM CLOSURE THIS EVENING 🚨

Girls, after monitoring the situation throughout the day and seeing the number of reported road closures and disruption planned across Northern Ireland this evening, we have made the decision to close the gym from 5:30pm today.

This decision has not been taken lightly, but the safety of our staff travelling to and from work must come first. With closures affecting multiple areas, including Lisburn City Centre, we simply cannot guarantee safe travel later this evening.

If you are booked into a Semi-Private session tonight, your credit will be returned to your account automatically so that you can rebook at a time that suits you.

We know this may be frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we hope you understand that the safety of our team and members has to be our priority and it is out of our hands.

Please stay safe, keep an eye on local traffic updates, and we’ll see you all back in the gym soon 🩵

If you ask us what the most common thing we hear from women before they join GRL, it's usually one of these:

"I'm nervous about joining a gym."
"I have no idea what I'm doing."
"Everyone else will know more than me."
"I don't want to feel judged."

And honestly?
That's exactly why GRL exists.

Because somewhere along the way, women were made to believe that walking into a gym should feel intimidating.

That they should already know how to use every machine.
That they need to get fitter before joining.
That everyone is watching them.
The reality?

Most women aren't lacking motivation.
They're lacking confidence.

Not confidence in themselves, but confidence in knowing where to start.
Emma created GRL to change that.

A place where you don't need experience. A place where you don't need to have it all figured out. A place where questions are welcomed, not judged. A place where women can learn, grow and become stronger together.

Because fitness shouldn't be reserved for the women who already know what they're doing.
