As a working mum of 2 kids, a lot of this was about the physical changes but also the mental benefits of training, eating well and hitting her step targets. Ticked her boxes everyday and hasn’t complained once about what needs done. Well done super proud coach 👏👏

Photoshoot prep for . She is just perfect 🤍

Going into this I knew Loren had everything it took to stand behind that camera and feel as confident as ever.

A busy mum of two young boys and works full time yet still found the time to tick her boxes everyday.

YOU vs YOU. from the person you were when you started to the person you are behind that camera. I’ve watched Loren for 2 years lose 2 stone in weight, run half marathons and now prep for a photoshoot which she NAILED.

To watch someone in studio filled with happiness and confidence behind that camera is a reward for me itself.

Well done Loren you are absolutely glowing ✨🤍
