Whether you’ve never held a club in your life or you’re looking to get back into the swing of things, this is the perfect chance to give it a go in a warm, welcoming environment.

⏰ Time: 11:00 AM start (please arrive by 10:30 AM to get settled!)

⛳ The Format: Short Texas Scramble (teams of 4—super relaxed and all about team fun!)

🏆 2026 AMIGO CUP CHAMPIONS! 🏆

A massive congratulations to Roger Porteous & Rob Horsburgh, winners of the 2026 Amigo Cup! 🥇👏

They claimed victory in a hard-fought final on Wednesday evening, taking the title against Mark Woods and Ross McCrossan. Because Mark was busy battling it out in the B Championship final on the official Finals Day the Amigos Cup was delayed.

Huge congrats to Roger and Rob on bringing home the hardware, and hats off to Mark and Ross for a fantastic championship run! 🙌⛳️

Meet A Visitor Monday – Derek Roy 👋

Something slightly different this week! Having seen our Meet the Team posts, Derek asked if we could interview him for a feature—so we thought, why not?

Derek is part of a visiting group that plays at the club twice a year. Their August trip is a special memorial outing in memory of Tracey Murray, where it’s strictly pink on the fairway in her honour. 💗⛳️

What do you love most about coming to Moffat Golf Club?

"The atmosphere here is absolutely fantastic—I simply can't fault it. The transformation from where it started to where it is now is phenomenal, and the staff are exceptional."
