We’re delighted to announce that our Interclub Tournament has raised £1,231 so far for Prostate Cancer UK, with a little more still to come in.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event. Your generosity has helped us raise a fantastic amount!

One of our players has experienced prostate cancer firsthand, and his journey inspired us to organise this event. His message is simple: get tested. Early detection can make all the difference.

Thank you once again to everyone who donated, helped or played - and to accountants PKF Francis Clark for sponsoring this event so that every penny raised could go directly to charity. 💙

What a fantastic day at our football club's first-ever Interclub Tournament, held in support of Prostate Cancer UK.

With 36 players taking part, including our own members and a few special guests, the day was played in a brilliant spirit from start to finish. There was plenty of competitive football on display, but most importantly, everyone came together to support a great cause and enjoy themselves.

Congratulations to winning team - Ali, Dave R, Mark, Mick, Simon, Nicky, and Tina who were crowned our inaugural tournament champions! 🏆

A huge thank you goes to all the family members for helping and cheering everyone on.

We're also incredibly grateful to our tournament sponsor, accountants PKF Francis Clark, for helping make the day such a success.

We'll be sharing photos from the tournament soon, along with the final sum raised for Prostate Cancer UK.

Thank you to everyone who contributed - today showed exactly what makes our club such a special place to be! 💙

Interclub tournament on Sunday!

The countdown is on for what promises to be a fantastic morning of football and fundraising. 35 players will take to the pitch in Modbury for our first ever interclub tournament, raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK.

5️⃣ mixed teams and 1️⃣ winner. Bring on plenty of goals, some spectacular saves, and lots of laughs along the way!

Most importantly, we're coming together to raise money for a cause that touches so many families. A huge thank you to our tournament sponsors, PKF Francis Clark, for their generous support which enables all the proceeds to go directly to our chosen charity.

Good luck to all five teams! ⚽

Today two of our teams travelled to the Teigndrifters Tournament.

Our men’s over 50s team came away with a well-earned 3rd place finish🥉, while our women’s over 40s team put in a solid performance to secure 5th place.

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, and all the teams who made it such a great event!

What a weekend for two of our players, playing and staying at St George’s Park – the home of England football.

They joined a charity tournament in support of The Owen McVeigh Foundation, enjoying an incredible opportunity to play both alongside and against former Lionesses Natasha Dowie and Becky Easton.

The standard of football throughout the weekend was great, and the chance to compete at such an iconic venue made it a truly unforgettable experience.

A huge thank you to South West Charity Walking Football Festivals, AXA Insurance, and all the players involved for making such a fantastic event possible. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿❤️⚽️

Congratulations to Jamie, our goalkeeper, on making his debut for the Devon Over-50s today! 👏

Representing the county at an inter-county tournament, the squad secured two wins, with two narrow defeats.

Jamie thoroughly enjoyed the experience and praised the great quality of the games.

A fantastic achievement and a proud moment for both Jamie and the club. 💙

Women players wanted! ⚽️

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into football, meeting new people, or trying something new, this is a really friendly and supportive team to join.

A wide range of football opportunities are available - training, recreational kickabouts, friendlies and competitive fixtures, so you can play at whatever pace you like!

Think walking football sounds too slow? You’ll be surprised. It’s competitive, sociable, and a brilliant way to get active.

Please message if you’d like a chat or want to come along and give it a try - and share this post with anyone who might be interested. Thank you!
