We are crowdfunding to enable us to send the Colwyn Bay U14s Rugby Team on tour.

Due to the ever increasing cost of living crisis we aim to reduce the amount of any parent contributions to a minimum. This will allow for inclusion of all our players being able to experience the tour and learn what it really means to be part of a team.

These boys have worked really hard all season and their efforts are starting to show off. We couldn't think of a better way to show them how proud we are of them.

Time goes on……

How are you doing looking for that time….??

You might not be aware of how much time there is in the day where you just do habitual stuff that’s actually having a negative impact on YOU!!

How much time do you spend doing things in a typical day?

I dare you to write out everything you do tomorrow and I meant everything!

From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to sleep.

So grab that notebook, every time you change what your doing two columns Time and Action, each TV program you watch, when you pick up your phone, look at Social Media, read a book, Eat,have a coffee….everything.

It’s a funny thing isn’t it…….
The perception of time is very much down to you!
Some times it goes faster, other times slower!!

One of the most common things I hear is……

I just don’t have time……🤷‍♂️

……if we’re being honest and we should be we do have time….it’s one thing that most of us do!

If, you didn’t, can you look back and say I did everything with my time, I made the best use of every second on the time i’ve had

Have you…..
Looked after yourself so you could

See amazing things

You get the picture…..so if you’re reading this and think I’m not making the most of time…..
