A huge well done to everyone who took part in our in-house comp today 🙌🙌 It’s incredible to see you all performing and supporting each other.

Massive shout out to for organising 🙌 and a huge thank you to everyone who donated, baked, judged and came along to watch and support.

An extra big thank you to and for donating prizes. Your support means so much and the prizes helped make the day extra special.

We’ve managed to raise over £500 for the defibrillator so far and expect more donations next week. Thank you all for your kindness and generosity 🙏

Days like today remind us that we’re more than just a gym, we’re a community that lifts each other up and celebrates each other’s achievements.

HYROX WEEKENDER 🎉

Huge congratulations to everyone who competed at HYROX Cardiff last weekend 💪🔥

The effort, discipline, and determination you all put in was incredible to watch. Whether it was your first event or you were chasing a PB, you should all be seriously proud of yourselves. The hard work in training showed out there!

Amazing performances and most importantly amazing team spirit and support, which is what we are all about 👊

Katie’s just joined us after returning from Australia, where she earned her personal training qualifications. She also holds a First Class degree in Sport and Exercise Science!

She’s super passionate about coaching and loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and empowered through fitness.

We are looking for another brilliant Personal Trainer to join our Relentless community. We are looking for someone who loves functional training as much as we do and someone who can bring great energy to every session.

The successful candidate will be needed to help run shifts during the week and on weekends. Responsibility’s will include coaching, programming and planning social events.

14+ hours available plus holiday cover. There is also the opportunity to run your own business from the gym.

We have an amazing, well equipped gym with a fantastic bunch of members 💕

We are based on a busy business park with lots of potential for increasing your client base.

There’s plenty of parking, a Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Lower Limb Specialist and a quality cafe ☕️
