This year I set my sights on completing the challenge of getting a 250kg deadlift. On the 29th of September accomplished my goal ! This services to remind you that setting goals which require hard work and dedication is absolutely worthwhile. The journey has taught me so much and made this achievement all that much sweeter. Fails are part of life you'll see in my first attempt in July it didn't go as planned. I took a short break and refined my training from July to now. I love that I 'failed' the attempt and it honestly made me even more driven.
