In Johns own words...

The moment you've all been waiting 19 weeks for 👀,
Managed to get 3rd today, came home with a trophy 🏆
I always say that if I go in expecting nothing, then whatever I do get is a bonus,
I'm constantly told that this is the wrong way to look at it,
but this is just how iv brought myself up,
Either way im happy with my progress form my last comp,
Gave myself 7 months none strict bulking,
no plan just ate what I could,
It obviously worked to an extent but still need more work, so now its time to have these 3 days of any plan and then jump back in,
Bulk for as long as I can and as clean as I can to build good quality muscle.
Let's make my next comp one ill never forget.
Thank you to many of you for this journey again


for the support and help in the gym.
and for keeping me on the right path.
