It’s a busy Saturday for the cricket club this weekend!

After our girls’ training in the morning, we are hosting an supporting Alissa and Cormac’s Fundraiser for Young Lives vs Cancer 💜🖤

A couple of years ago, a young lady called Alissa was diagnosed with a brain tumour. After receiving successful treatment and undergoing surgery, she will be running the London Marathon with her brother to raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer which is no mean feat!

To help with their fundraising, they are holding an event at Mirfield CC this Saturday in which YOU can be a part of! Starting at 2pm, participants will be taking on a 4.2km fun run/walk around the pitch to raise money for the charity. There will also be stalls and the bar will be open!

We hope it’s a great event that raises money for a fantastic charity!
