Mother’s Day can bring a mix of emotions for many of us. 💐

Today we celebrate the incredible mums in the Fit 4 Force Bootcamp family — the women who show up, work hard, support each other and still give so much to their families every day. You are amazing. 💪

But today we also hold space for those who are missing someone special.

As many of you know, I lost my mum six years ago and she was my biggest cheerleader. Mother’s Day always reminds me how lucky I was to have her support and belief in me and sad she has missed out on so much.

So today we celebrate the mums who are with us, the mums who raised us, and the special women who will always live in our hearts. ❤️

If Mother’s Day is a little emotional for you, know that you’re not alone.

The women who show up week in, week out.
The women who walk through the door carrying the stress of work, family life.....and leave it on the pads!

This is for the women who come to switch off, to sweat, to laugh and sometimes to punch a little harder than usual.

For the women who support each other, lift each other up and prove every single session that strength comes in many forms.

You are powerful.
You are resilient.
And you can definitely pack a punch 😅

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month



Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK — every 10 minutes, another woman is diagnosed. Each year, around 55,000 women and 400 men face this battle.

My mum was one of them.

She passed away in 2020 after her courageous fight with breast cancer. But Mum wasn’t just a statistic — she was my best friend, my inspiration, and the heartbeat of everything Fit 4 Force stands for.

From the early days of leotards and leg warmers at aerobics classes to cheering me on at races, Mum and Dad lived and breathed movement. When I launched Fit 4 Force, they were among the first to show up — Mum smashing out sessions even during treatment. She never complained. She just got on with it. She even had a separate wig just for workouts.

Mum kept coming to Bootcamp until just a month before she passed. Her strength, resilience, and love for fitness never wavered.

💪 This October, when you're tempted to skip a session, remember those who don’t have the option.
This month — and every month — .

I miss her every day. But her legacy lives on in every class, every client, and in the little person who’s inherited her spark.

Let’s honour her by making movement a way of life. 💗

🥊 From Boxing Bells to Wedding Bells! 💍

Tonight we had to give one of our bootcamp stars her own little corner — not because she was punching too hard (although Becky does have a mean cross!) but to keep her safe.

We couldn’t risk any stray pads or rogue punches before her big day — imagine a black eye just days before the wedding photos! 😮

All jokes aside, it was so lovely to have Becky at tonight’s session. We’re all wishing her the most incredible Wedding Day, filled with love, laughter and memories. 💕
