So lucky with the weather for this Bank Holiday Weekend Away with my gorgeous friend in North Yorkshire ☀️

My first trip to Knaresborough and it did not disappoint!

Stunning scenery and a lovely ruined castle, with views overlooking the river 🚣‍♀️

Sometimes we all need a quick getaway to truly relax and recharge!

Sunshine, friendship, drinks and chill time, all good for the soul!

Exploring new places that are seeped in history always brings me joy! 💖

Time away from home also helps to get those business ideas buzzing 💥

A big shout out to and for giving me the opportunity to host a Specialist session on 'Mastering your Mindset' for the WOW team 🩷

And a huge thank you to the lovely for trusting me to give her a live mini coaching session on the call! 😇

Nobody likes filling in a Feedback Form but I'm so glad you did Sam! ✨️

And nobody really likes opening up a completed Feedback Form (what if they hated it! ) 🙄😬

But these comments made my day and give me the confidence to keep going, even on my wobbly days (we all have them!) 🤣

Being a service based business can be a rollercoaster of emotions...not helped by being menopausal! 🤪

But when you believe in what you are doing and really want to make a difference, it means so much to know you did!
