🍄**Identifying Chicken of the Woods vs. Velvet Top Mushroom**

Chicken of the Woods is a sought-after edible mushroom known for its vibrant orange-yellow hue, substantial texture, and delectable chicken-like flavor. It typically grows in substantial, overlapping clusters on hardwood trees and features a smooth, sulfur-yellow underside.

However, caution must be exercised when foraging for Chicken of the Woods, as it bears a resemblance to the Velvet Top Mushroom, a poisonous look-alike. While the Velvet Top Mushroom shares a similar orange coloration, it can be distinguished by its darker, velvety cap and preference for growing on conifers. Its texture is also considerably softer, increasing the risk of misidentification.

To ensure safe foraging practices, it is crucial to double-check the characteristics of any mushroom before consumption. Nature can be deceptive, and it is essential to prioritize safety when engaging in foraging activities.

Our portable parallettes are hand made in Yorkshire by expert Craftsmen and designed by athletes for athletes. from the diameter of the parallette in your hand to the flattened belly that enables greater control in single arm handstand work and the overall robust construction of the parallettes design.

The conventional parallette design has inherent weakness at the joint between the bar and the legs parallette at origins we have fixed this weakness by firmly securing them together with an m6 Bolt and screws whilst still maintaining the aesthetics.

Why French white Oak?...

besides it's amazing aesthetics with tight grain and unique patterns, French white Oak is some of the highest quality oak on the market and with a strength to weight ratio stronger than steel.

it is over 3 times harder than pine the conventional material other parallettes are made out with a compression rating of over 1300 lbs that's 590 kg on the janka scale it is significantly more durable and less likely to be Scratched, stained, dented or broken.

Then to finish them off they are oiled by hand 3 times with the highest quality Danish oil to seal and protect the wood giving you some of the highest quality parallettes on the market.
