Thought I’d put another collection of clips together and make a new trailer for the channel; this shows what we do a lot better than the last! Sure we work out all the time but we definitely get off topic, definitely not like I sit there for 2 hours talking before I train sometimes 👀⁣

Here’s the updated schedule for summer, as well as a bit of variation on what to expect going forward. Got a few things planned for the coming weeks, might have a hot tub stream in the works too which will be constant trolling but it’s all content 😂 ⁣

It’ll be a whole year of streaming on the 25th of July, I’d say the time has flown by but honestly it’s gone super slowly since I started doing new and interesting things. Break yourself out of your routine and time slows down a lot! ⁣

I am excited to announce my first ever programme is now up and running! I've been working on this for the last 6 weeks, aiming to help you build quality muscle, skill and discipline using bodyweight movements, weights and machine based exercises for a well rounded, capable body.

My original plan was to put out a 33 page PDF with the 20 workouts in, however I've decided I'd much rather be more involved with you guys than just saying "here's the workouts, go do them".

Because of this, I am opening the course on MyPTHub.com to 20 people to begin with so I can give full attention to you during these 12 weeks (and beyond).

It is my first time using the app however they have a great comprehensive library of all the exercises we will need, and the ones they didn't have, I just filmed myself! I have added 30 of my own exercises to this database currently, adding more as I release more programmes onto the app.

I know a lot of you still don’t have access to a gym, and I probably should’ve made the Bodyweight programme before the Hybrid one, but I’ll be making that shortly.

I filmed this about 3 months ago but just never got round to editing it. It’s a 25 minute long video based around going from 8-10 pull ups to a muscle up in a 4 week period, with a plan included 🙂

I advise watching the whole thing (obviously) as I talk a lot about the smaller elements of the move which often get overlooked but are crucial in achieving a solid muscle up for reps.

The routine looks like this:

Scapula Pull Ups 8-10 reps x 3 sets
Dead Hang Pull Ups 8-10 x 3 sets
High Pull Ups 4-6 x 3 sets
L Sit Pull Ups 6-8 x 3 sets
Neutral Grip Pull Ups 8-10 x 3 sets

For rep ranges 8-10 2:30 minutes is a great rest time, for lower ranges like 4-6 3:30 is adequate. Rest as long as you need to to make sure your next set is not compromised.

Repeat this routine every 3 days. So if you do it on Monday, do it again on Thursday!

After months of persistence (and a bit of discomfort) we have unlocked the FRONT SPLITS! ⁣

This has been a flexibility goal of mine for a long time, a few years in fact. I never gave it the time and attention it needed, but since training at home I’ve been doing splits training at least once a week. Consistency is key with flexibility!⁣

Side splits up next 😅⁣

I’ll be adding a flexibility portion to the plan for Twitch subs next month 💪

Still here :) Working out in 2 degree Celsius weather is a killer but it must be done! Could probably put a shirt on though 🤔 ⁣

I have a 3 day split program available for my Twitch subscribers, I’ll make a specific post about that soon but I just wanted to let you all know I’m still alive! Hope you are starting the new year off in a way you’re proud of, let’s keep it goin ⁣

I’ve broadcasted over 250 hours worth of workouts at this point, and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. ⁣

New emotes will be up tomorrow as well (I’ll put the current ones in my story)

Sometimes I wonder how I don’t burn out doing full days at work in a physical job and then immediately entertraining (that’s my new word) but I put it down to the awesome community that is always there to watch and engage with me, as well as smart programming and proper nutrition of course 😉⁣

And yes, I’m STILL training outside. Maingaining phase is going very well btw 👌

I injured myself last time I tried jumping in to tuck planche push ups, the weak link was my scapula protraction and I found that out in a very bad way 😅 ⁣

Since I’ve been working on my weak links moves like this become much easier to perform with good form, therefore targeting the muscles I’m actually intending to hit, and doing so in a safe manner. Therefore no injuries to waste my time! ⁣

I streamed my workouts for 15 days straight, some of the sessions in this period went on for 4 hours. There’s definitely something to be said for smart programming when you can maintain that much volume for a long period of time! I am super happy with my ability to listen to my body. I mean I have been training for almost a decade now so it makes sense right 🤔⁣

👏 20 👏 Clap push ups⁣

Push ups utilise all the pushing muscles in your upper body, your chest, shoulders and triceps can get a ridiculously good workout just from push ups and the accompanying variations.⁣

I have a free ebook around Bodyweight training which includes a comprehensive section on push ups, I’ve had some great feedback with how much that section in particular has helped people, the rest of it is alright too 😉⁣

I can’t do the ‘swipe up’ thing as I’m not that special (and I’m not changing my bio link as it’s for my Twitch page) so if you want the link to the book DM me, or you can drop by my stream (I’ll be live at 5:30pm tonight, doing chest actually) and I’ll give you the link there 👍⁣

Don’t forget consistency is key if you want to see changes, go for a walk, move around however you want. Just keep the wheels turning!⁣
