I am excited to announce my first ever programme is now up and running! I've been working on this for the last 6 weeks, aiming to help you build quality muscle, skill and discipline using bodyweight movements, weights and machine based exercises for a well rounded, capable body.
My original plan was to put out a 33 page PDF with the 20 workouts in, however I've decided I'd much rather be more involved with you guys than just saying "here's the workouts, go do them".
Because of this, I am opening the course on MyPTHub.com to 20 people to begin with so I can give full attention to you during these 12 weeks (and beyond).

It is my first time using the app however they have a great comprehensive library of all the exercises we will need, and the ones they didn't have, I just filmed myself! I have added 30 of my own exercises to this database currently, adding more as I release more programmes onto the app.

I know a lot of you still don’t have access to a gym, and I probably should’ve made the Bodyweight programme before the Hybrid one, but I’ll be making that shortly.
