This is often a misconception where people think it should just drop off quickly and it should be easy but this isn't the case, it can be hard and it takes work and dedication but it doesn't have to be boring. You can still enjoy life, eat the food you love but use the 80/20 rule. 80% is healthy eating, 20% eat what you want, that way there are no restrictions and you are less likely to fall off the wagon. Motivation comes and goes but if you keep active and get into a routine you can push through those times that you don't feel like it. It's not a linear process, there will be ups and downs but it will be worth it, you've just got to keep going!

The other day I was asked to do something way out of my comfort zone, I was asked to interview a panel of people to share their stories about their journeys in their part time business. This was in front of 200 people and my first time interviewing! I was terrified and my legs were shaking but I did it and so proud of myself for doing it! It’s boosted my confidence no end! It’s amazing what getting out of your comfort zone can do! This also counts with your own health and fitness journey, pushing yourself outside your comfort zone can do amazing things for your confidence, self esteem and results!
