For anyone new who has landed on my page, I thought I would introduce myself.
I’m Heather Pring, from Heather Pring Health and Fitness. I’m a Vitality Coach passionate about helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health and fitness.
My coaching supports both ends of the spectrum. Some women come to me needing help to simply get moving again and rebuild confidence. Others are working on structured strength goals such as deadlifts, back squats, and bench press progressions.
Everything is coached safely and progressively, with a strong focus on technique and accessory work to support each main lift and long term progress.
I have worked in the fitness industry for many years and continue to learn and develop my skills so I can give women the best support possible.
I am especially passionate about helping women through all stages of life, including perimenopause, where strength training becomes a key tool for health and wellbeing.
As a 51 year old woman myself, I understand how confusing it can feel when your body changes or motivation drops. My job is to make the process clearer and more achievable.
