We know it’s hot ☀️ and some of you want to make the most of the evening and enjoy the eclipse 🌒 – thanks to everyone who’s messaged to let us know you won’t be training tonight.

We’re down at the club anyway, so we’ll stay open and training will go ahead, but sessions will be lighter than usual because of the heat. 🥊

If you’d rather give tonight a miss, stay cool and safely enjoy the eclipse, we completely understand.

If you’re involved with a local sports club, we’d definitely recommend giving her page a follow.

There’s an abundance of courses, advice, guidance and support available to help local clubs and volunteers.

A really informative and worthwhile evening.
