Hello to all our fans and followers, and thanks for bearing with us for the past few months since we have had to close the track. Sorry to all those we have had to turn away.
We applied for lawful use of the track for 50 days a year, not 50 events, just 50 days a year where you could turn up and practise, as many of you have for quite some time. Less days than before and no week day use. Unfortunately this was not well received by our neighbours, many interpreted this application that we wanted to expand in some way, not simply carry on as we have been. One particular person who lives nearby took it upon himself to start campaign which you may have read about in the paper!
After much thought we have decided to withdraw the application and settle for the permitted 14 days use. For us it simply is not worth the hassle to fight it. We understand this is very sad news for many of you and we thank you for your support over the years. A schedule of our 14 day use will be published soon, with a mix of quad, enduro, trials and 4x4 events and practise days.
