As we juggle our busy lives, it’s easy to forget the simple yet powerful act of getting outside. Just **30 minutes a day** in the fresh air can do wonders for your health and fitness! 🚶‍♂️💨

Spending time outdoors helps to **lower cortisol levels**—that pesky stress hormone that can impact everything from our energy levels to our hormone balance. Lower cortisol means better mood, improved sleep, and a healthier metabolism. 🙌✨
