Open Water Swimming - Milton Country Park Offering fun and safe open water swimming sessions to everyone! The rules :-

Wetsuits are compulsory below 16 degrees celsius. Look forward to seeing you soon!

Sunday 11am-12.30pm If you are a keen swimmer, training for a big event or simply just want to dip your toe in to the world of open water swimming, come down and join us at Milton Country Park at one of our sessions! These are safe sessions, designed for all abilities and welcome anyone to come and enjoy the beautiful lake and our 450m (ish) course set out with the piece of mind of being signed in and out and monitored the whole time whilst on the lake. A brightly coloured swim cap must be worn at all times. Swimmers must listen to any instruction from staff on the bank or on the water. Cost is £5 per session which includes your car parking!! On your first time, we require you to fill out a brief disclaimer form and once that is complete you are all set to get in the water and swim for as little or as long as you like within the session timings!
