Offering fun and safe open water swimming sessions to everyone! The rules :-

Wetsuits are compulsory below 16 degrees celsius. Look forward to seeing you soon!

Wednesdays - 7am -8:30am
Fridays - 5.30pm-7pm
Saturdays - 7.30am-9am

Sunday am If you are a keen swimmer, training for a big event or simply just want to dip your toe in to the world of open water swimming, come down and join us at Milton Country Park at one of our sessions! These are safe sessions, designed for all

abilities and welcome anyone to come and enjoy the beautiful lake and our 450m (ish) course set out with the piece of mind of being signed in and out and monitored the whole time whilst on the lake. A brightly coloured swim cap must be worn at all times. Swimmers must listen to any instruction from staff on the bank or on the water. Cost is £5 per session which includes your car parking!! On your first time, we require you to fill out a brief disclaimer form and once that is complete you are all set to get in the water and swim for as little or as long as you like within the session timings! Any questions, message us on here and someone will get back to you as soon as possible!!!

Lovely Swim community!

Unfortunately Todds Pit has once again succumbed to the Blue Green Algae and so from today we will move swim to the other lakes! If you have a swim booked in please note you will be meeting at the Beach at Dickerson's Pit near Deep Pool. Hopefully this photo helps. It will take longer to get there so.please factor this in.

Please see attached photo the red dot is the meeting point. The reed loop is the swim loop and the green line is the route from the cafe.

Unfortunately, we are having to cancel swim tomorrow due to the predicted wind speeds. Those of you who were signed on have been refunded through NOWCA. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope to see you next week!

🏊‍♂️We are moving back! 🏊‍♂️

Starting from the 5th of October our swim sessions will be on Todd’s pit. For the month of October we will be holding swim sessions on a Saturday 7:30 till 9:00 on Todd’s pit.

Friday night swims will be paused until next year as the nights draw in.

⚠️Important⚠️

Unfortunately, due to suspected Blue Green Algae Wednesday night swims will be cancelled until further notice (refunds will be issued to booked swimmers through NOWCA). Friday night swims will stay on deep pool and Saturday morning swims will move over to deep pool. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
