Jui-jitsu is the oldest Japanese martial art, developed by the Samurai to defend themselves when they had lost their weapons. Unlike most martial arts Jiu-Jitsu is roughly 95% defensive meaning that the person you are up against attacks first. The Milton Keynes club incorporates both modern and traditional forms of Jiu-Jitsu using blocks, strikes, locks, throws and strangles making it a very effec

tive form of self defence suitable for both Male and Female students aged from 7 to 80. To join either turn up at one of the training sessions (juniors will need a person over 18 to sign a membership form), or contact us using the details below.
