🎾 From Insight to Impact: Beyond the Net

We’re proud to have been commissioned by the Lawn Tennis Association to help develop Beyond the Net as part of the LTA Serves programme.

This innovative toolkit helps coaches, youth workers and practitioners use tennis to explore resilience, relationships, positive choices and the challenges surrounding crime, violence and anti-social behaviour.

Designed for use across community, education and criminal justice settings, Beyond the Net demonstrates how sport can become a powerful vehicle for learning and positive change.

The resource is now approaching its national launch at the National Tennis Centre.

FREE Chi Me Session each week for the over 65s!

This gentle, specialist Chi Me (Tai Chi inspired movement) session is designed for 65+, and can be done seated or standing depending on your mobility and ability.

Whatever your starting point, there's a place for you here. 😊

Slow, flowing movements help to improve balance and coordination, ease joint stiffness, build gentle strength, lower stress levels, and support better sleep - all while calming the mind and connecting with others in a relaxed, welcoming space. 🌟

The Swans Community Partnership is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company rooted in the heart of Newport Pagnell. They are dedicated to harnessing the power of sport, arts, and education to drive positive, lasting change in people's lives-committed to inclusion, opportunity, and access for all.

FREE Fun 1 hour session of Walking Tennis & Pickleball each week for the over 65s!

The first session in our partnership with the Swans Community Partnership.
This specialist exercise session is designed for older adults, and anyone managing common health conditions, obesity, lower fitness levels, limited mobility, or recovering from injury or hip, knee, or shoulder surgery. Whatever your starting point, there's a place for you here. 😊

The sessions are all about empowering you to reduce your risk of falls, build strength, improve mobility and balance, and boost independence - while having fun and connecting with others along the way. 🌟
