O-Performance O-Performance is all about progressive Athletic training towards getting FAST, FASTER and EXPLOSIVE

I have studied, identified trends, patterns and key gaps and decided to create & develop my own Get Fast athletic programme. The way that I have developed this programme is to ensure that there is an educational angle that is sustainable for every level. The Get fast athletic training programme is made up of 3 levels, beginners/ intermediate / advanced. For each level a customized plan is desi

gned to ensure Individuals goals are meet. My ultimate mission with get fast is empowering individuals with the right methods of training, starting with learning the right form, identifying postural deviation, understanding the body mechanics of each individual, nutrition for performance, taking ownership of your training programme and working your way up to the advanced level.
