I think I spotted some of your members at a local parkrun recently and wanted to reach out.
I've been working with a number of local running groups, helping runners improve mobility, strength and recovery through Pilates, and the feedback has been fantastic.
As a thank you to the running community, I'd love to offer your members free access to my 3-part Pilates for Runners course: Hips & Hamstrings. The sessions are designed specifically for runners and focus on improving flexibility, reducing tightness and supporting injury prevention.
