NEXT SUNDAY is our Christmas Fair all in aid of
Spinal Injuries Association here at Furtho Manor Farm off the A508 opposite the Cosgrove / Castlethorpe turn.

We have a great range of over 25 stall holders selling gifts in our main events barn.

There will be a photographer in Furtho East with a Christmas backdrop and a plain backdrop.

Whilst there will be a coffee van and pizza horsebox outside.

We have worked with residents at Camphill for over 10 years and this is just awful for the Camphill MK residents and staff to have lost there mode of transport… following the theft Camphill have started a just giving page to try and raise the funds to replace the bus. As some of you may have already seen on Facebook this week that one of the Fit4All family tied the knot 💙😊🩷

I’m know you will all want to wish Graeme Nibbs and his beautiful wife Holly a huge congratulations 🥂

Alastair and I had the privilege of sharing their wonderful day, which was filled with happiness and love.

I don’t post on here much but I wanted to share this clients success today.

Liam works very hard in the gym with me twice per week and the last 4-5 months he has really focused on making positive food choices and taken on some responsibility himself to better his lifestyle.

Today he absolutely smashed his session and following his monthly body composition measurements he has lost a whopping 2.5kg 💪🎉👏😀

Liam you make me proud and I love helping you achieve your fitness goals. Keep being you and doing what you’re doing
