Wider lats. Better back control

How To ✅
Hinge hips with knees soft (45 degree angle)
Arms straight with a slight bend in elbows
Keep those shoulders down
Engaging the last bring the bar down towards the thighs
Keep full control and squeeze last at the bottom

Common Faults ❌
Leading with the elbows (over bending)
Shrugging the shoulders
Over arching the back
Swinging the upper body for momentum
