EA Gymnastics have partnered with MK Springers and we are looking for a Head Coach!

At EA Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing exceptional coaching and creating a positive environment for our gymnasts. We are looking for a passionate Head Coach who is committed to the development of our athletes and possesses strong leadership skills.

The remuneration for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Between £23k-£30kpa

Are you a qualified and experienced gymnastics coach with a Level 2 British Gymnastics or IGA qualification or above? We are currently seeking a talented individual like you to lead our dynamic gymnastics programme.

At EA Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing exceptional coaching and creating a positive environment for our gymnasts. We are looking for a passionate coach who is committed to the development of our athletes and possesses strong leadership skills.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and lead the day-to-day gymnastics sessions, ensuring a high standard of coaching.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to our coaching team, enabling them to deliver an outstanding programme.
- Manage administrative tasks, including session staffing, addressing customer requests, and ensuring proper session placement for gymnasts based on their abilities.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety policies to ensure the well-being of all participants.
