Goju-Ryu Karate Milton Keynes A friendly, traditional Goju-Ryu karate club based in central Milton Keynes. Kids, adults, all levels and backgrounds are welcome.

As members of the EGKA / IOGKF we focus on health, kata, application, realistic contact sparring and self-defence.

Today was adult grading at Milton Keynes. 1 promoted to 9th kyu, 2 to 6th kyu, 3 to 5th kyu and 1 to 2nd kyu! Epic efforts to those that challenged their 5-man kumite, that was intense!

The "Crying Dragon" (Nakiryu) holds a special place in my heart. I have visited this shrine in Nikko with my brother, mother, father and friends who all visited me in Japan at separate times. So probably one of my most visited places in Japan.

So that’s why I decided this dragon for my karate club hoodies.
