If someone tells you there’s only ONE way to eat, train, or live… 🚩
We’ve seen it before.
A few years ago, the carnivore wave hit hard.
“Fruit is toxic.”
“Vegetables are harmful.”
“Only eat animal products.”
Fast forward… and now?
Those same voices are reintroducing fruit, veg, and balance.
Funny how that works.
I’m not saying meat is bad. Far from it.
But when anyone pushes extremes and dismisses everything else—that’s not education, that’s ideology.
Your body isn’t a trend.
Your health isn’t a marketing strategy.
There are MANY ways to get fitter, stronger, healthier.
The key is finding what works for YOU—and what you can sustain long term.
And let’s not forget…
The science has been there all along.
Balance wins. Every time.
