Next month me and Natalie are cycling the coast to coast, bikepacking the whole route self suported wild camping.
We’re riding to raise money for Huntington’s Disease — a cause that’s very close to our hearts.

I’ve had a few parents ask about kickboxing for younger children, so I’m looking to start a couple of after-school classes.

I’m planning to launch new children’s kickboxing classes as part of Fighting Fit Kickboxing, held at the school in the drama theatre.
👶 Fighting Fit Little Ninjas (Ages 5–7)
🕟 4:30pm – 5:15pm
A fun, energetic introduction to kickboxing focusing on confidence, coordination, fitness, and listening skills.

🧒 Fighting Fit Juniors (Ages 8–11 / 12)
🕠 5:30pm – 6:30pm
A more structured class developing discipline, fitness, basic technique, and self-confidence.
✔ No experience needed
✔ No uniform required to start (shorts and t shirt id fine)
✔ Safe, fun, and age-appropriate

At the moment I’m gauging interest before confirming start dates.

Tonight’s class will be held in a different room than usual due to a drama performance in the school theatre.

Please can everyone meet at the main reception at 6:20pm, so I can let everyone in together.

If you arrive late, I won’t be able to come back to collect you.
