Willen Lake Health Club

Willen Lake Health Club Gym, Swim, Spa and Classes in Milton Keynes. The Milton Keynes club is deceivingly large! Split over 3 levels. There is ample space for stretching and floor work.

The facility is not a leisure centre but a members club that permits casual usage of some facilities. The facility boasts over 62 stations of Technogym equipment

Including an impressive range of cardio vascular with:
Treadmills
Cross trainers
Concept 2 rowers
Steppers and bikes. There is a large free weights area including:
Smiths machine
Squat racks
Benches
Dumbells and benches. The strength resistance machines offer an all body workout. It doesn’t end there! The facility offers a large studio and included in the membership
Body Pump
Boxercise
Aqua Aerobics
Yoga
Pilates
Circuits
Zumba. Indoor cycling

The club also has a fantastic spa pool with Sauna, Steam rooms If you want to relax after a gym session or class. The facility is set on the side of a Willen Lake and offers ample parking and is a great facility for all your fitness requirements. Great value memberships are available.
