SUP MK SUP:MK - Stand Up Paddleboarding School in Milton Keynes SUP:MK is based at WakeMK on Willen Lake in Milton Keynes. It appeals to all ages from 8-75.

Stand Up Paddle boarding is the Fastest Growing watersport at present. It offers a great core work out whilst enjoying the natural surroundings. We offer beginner courses, group lessons, individual coaching and destination safaris. We have the latest beginners paddle boards from Red Paddle Co., full rescue, changing rooms and hot showers. All of our instructors are BSUPA qualified. Lessons start f

orm £49 for the 2 hour "Ready to Ride" course which is run in flat water. At the end of it, you will be presented with your BSUPA Level 1 Ready to Ride Certificate. The course structure is designed to give you the information you need to get on the water safely, have fun and learn the technique of paddlesurfing. During the course you will be given an introduction to how the weather and environment affects you, how to carry the board and paddle, paddling technique, different types of turns, self rescue, how to fall safely as well as how to plan expeditions and the basics of stance in surf. The water quality of our lake has been tested against the Bathing Water Regulations and has been classified as "EXCELLENT".
