Enthusiasts & Clubs! The British Radio Car Association (or BRCA) is an organisation to promote the construction and racing of all types of radio controlled cars in the United Kingdom. We also organise regional and national racing events for various classes. Each year the BRCA produces a rules booklet for every UK racing class with specific rules relating to maximum and minimum dimensions, homologated motors & batteries and general procedures. It is recommended (and at some clubs compulsory) that model car enthusiasts become a BRCA member due to its insurance and health + safety benefits. The BRCA is a member of EFRA (European Federation Of Radio Operated Model Automobiles), who are in turn part of IFMAR (International Federation of Model Auto Racing). BRCA members regularly represent the UK at international events run under the EFRA and IFMAR banners. The BRCA is also affiliated with the Motor Sports Association who deal with motorsport in the UK, although deal primarily with full sized car racing rather than model racing.

🏁 RC RACING IS COMING TO SILVERSTONE!

This September, RC racing is heading to one of the most iconic locations in British motorsport for a very special one-off event right outside Silverstone Museum.

Organised by Junction 16 Racing in partnership with Silverstone Museum and Schumacher R/C Racing, the weekend will showcase 1/10 off-road racing to museum visitors and motorsport fans.

📅 Saturday 19th September — 2WD
📅 Sunday 20th September — 4WD

Drivers and guests can also access special museum and simulator discounts, with a £5 café voucher for each driver.

A brilliant opportunity to put RC racing in front of a whole new audience at the home of British motorsport. 🏎️

🏆 CHAMPIONS CROWNED AT NDOR! 🏁

Round 5 of the BRCA 1/10 Off Road Truck National Series headed to NDOR for the first time, with 72 entries and plenty at stake in the championship fight.

Dan Staite secured the 2026 4WD Short Course title, while Jamie Long was crowned 2026 2WD Short Course Champion. Meanwhile, the Stadium Truck battle went right down to the final leg, with Kit Jones taking the win by just 0.6 seconds! 🔥
