We are, like most CrossFit boxes based on a warehouse site amongst a fair number of other businesses. Sometimes this can make locating one particular business a little tricky. So, when you enter Barto

n Road make a right at the T junction (you'll know you are there because you'll see the big cow!). Then turn immediate left and into the car park. Swing a right as soon as your'e in, and then turn left at the end of the units (you'll see our sign attached to the fence at this point). Follow the units down to around 3/4 of the way and bingo!
